After downloading the Citrix ICA file and trying to run it, the following error generates:
Please download and install the latest Citrix Workspace app LTSR version, using the web link below:-
Then, complete the following steps:
Press F12 in the web browser so it brings up dev tools, then right click on
Refresh, Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload
Restart the web browser, log into workspace and click the orchestrate app
Click button to detect application app, accept terms and notification and download button
When ICA file downloaded, right-click to always start and restart web browser
Note: if the issue continues to occur, after step 1, you may have to clear all web cookies and cache for all time.
