Cannot launch Orchestrate due to the following error message:

βUnable to connect to the server. Contact your administrator with the following error:The Citrix SSL server you have selected is not accepting connections.
Solution 1
Please try the following to rectify the issue:
Ask your IT to add the Citrix gateway as an exception to the user proxy rules so that the users connect directly to it.
Uninstall the Citrix software completely, restart your laptop and reinstall the Citrix Connection Centre.
Verify that the latest version of Workspace is installed.
Solution 2
Also, try the following from the web browser:
Press F12 in the web browser so it brings up dev tools, then right click on Refresh, Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload
Restart the web browser, log into workspace and click the orchestrate app
Click button to detect application app, accept terms and notification and download button
When ICA file downloaded, right-click to always start and restart web browser
Note: if the issue continues to occur, after step 1, you may have to clear all web cookies and cache for all time.
