SFDC stuck on loading after I click the app. This happens more often on the tablets.
Please make sure you are on the latest version of SFDC. If the issue still occurs, please complete the following steps from your web browser:
Press F12 in the web browser so it brings up dev tools
Right click on Refresh symbol
Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload
Restart the web browser, log into workspace and click the SFDC app
Note: If your shop floor (production) PC's are locked down to view Workspace and SFDC only, the above steps cannot be applied. Press SHIFT & F5 clears the web cache and refreshes the webpage.
Also, The Access Connect service may have stopped running and needs restarting from the SQL or app server. For on premise servers, ask your IT to remote onto the relevant server and complete the following steps:
Type Services from the Windows search menu and click the Services shortcut
Select Access Connect Service
Right-click and restart
