Cannot complete the data import due to the following error message:-
Orchestrate Data Flow Import has failed. The detailed information is as follows:
PART DESCRIPTION has a quantity less than or equal to 0
The part number in the error message is associated with a works order. You must zero all the stock on the works order in question from FactoryMaster. For example, contains stock that was accidently scrapped with the wrong reject and book it back in, to make the works order historic. The data import will then complete.
Alternatively, again using FactoryMaster, from the part description, you can find the part number (stocked parts menu) and then find the offending works order (works order enquiry and search by part number). Place this works order on hold.
