Solution 1
Please check for any labour or machine resource groups which are empty and require resources to be added to them.
Also, within FactoryMaster, zoom into the operation the job code in the error message refers to and complete the following steps:
Select production
select works order enquiry
Hit enter and select the relevant works order
Press F5 to zoom in and select the relevant operation
Select the field in the Resource Code column and press F5
One of the resource codes is set to No within the Include In Schedule column.
Solution 2
If this does not resolve the issue, please try one of the following:
Change the completed works order operation back to 'in progress' status and apply a set & op time
Change the 'operation' on the components records to an operation that does appear in the 'active operations' table
Issue stock to the components so they are no longer outstanding
The orchestrate views exclude 'complete' operations as they are no longer needed for scheduling. The offending operation may have no set or op time associated, meaning it essentially does not do anything and is also excluded from scheduling.
