Overview

If you are importing, and you are seeing an error similar to the full error message during a data import from ASC to Orchestrate below:

Orchestrate Data Flow import has failed. The detailed information is as follows:

pr_merge_orc_orders: cannot import order code: 123456 because it has a 0 quantity

import command:
EXEC [wf].[pr_merge_orc_orders]

If you are importing from FactorMaster

If you are importing from FactoryMaster (FM), initially, this works order had a zero quantity and then was imported into Orchestrate. The quantity was then changed from FactoryMaster, but Orchestrate integration still remembers the zero quantity.

You will need to delete the works order from Orchestrate, save the plan and then run the data import.

If you are importing from Access Supply Chain

If you are importing from Access Supply Chain, please contact support, including the error message you are seeing, where possible, and provide the import details.
