Unplanned values of components or missing components from task KPIs

I have imported some kit orders and when I plan them, there are some unplanned values for the components, to fulfil the task.

When I go into edit tasks, prod/usage is showing zero value for some components from the task KPIs.

When I go into edit tasks, prod/usage is missing some components from the task KPIs.

If importing from Access Supply Chain, where there are two different quantities for the same component (bill of materials) from kit works orders, when this data is imported as two separate quantities, this confuses the ASC/Orchestrate integration and causes the component to be unplanned on the plan. If the component is imported as one quantity, then it will show stock in Orchestrate and plan fine with the other components (Task KPIs).

If importing from FactoryMaster, the missing component/assembly (Task KPI) may be imported into another task (e.g. labour task).

If there are no split component quantities or the missing component has not generated on the labour task, the functionality of importing and planning task KPIs (prod/usage tab of Edit Tasks) has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.74 hotfix 20. Please upgrade to this version or above.
