Add some works order to the plan and the following error message generates:
Add to Plan
Order Code: 1234.00
Object reference set to an instance of an object
This error is caused by multiple factors which contains different solutions. Please try the following:
Does this works order contain new items or processes or planned on a new resource at all?
Unplan and re-plan the offending works order(s).
If any resource groups have changed recently within FactoryMaster, delete the original resource group names that are no longer valid from the plan, within Orchestrate. Delete the works order referenced in the error message and save the plan. Run the data import again. Then, add these works orders to the plan.
