Error: 'Error: Security - 1 space(s) were removed because your permissions changed since your last visit'

Can't launch the Orchestrate application due to the following error message:-

Error: Security - 1 space(s) were removed because your permissions changed since your last visit


Please reprovision the affected user account by deactivating and reactivating the user account from the Members tab. Then, please complete the following steps:

  1. Press F12 in the web browser so it brings up dev tools

  2. Right click on Refresh symbol

  3. Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload

  4. Restart the web browser
