Recently upgraded to Orchestrate version 7.70 and have noticed that the Reset Password and Change User Roles buttons are missing from User Management.
If you are a MyDesk customer this is working by design. The Password Reset button is no longer required in User Manager because once you have signed into Evo (and migrated to the hosted servers, with MyDesk). You can access Orchestrate from the Access button; without logging into Orchestrate separately. Also, the user roles are now managed in Access Evo via the Members menu.
If your Orchestrate is running using on-premise servers, this issue is caused due to a change to the Orchestrate shortcut. Please action the following steps :
Right-click the shortcut and click Properties
In the 'Target' field add ' -mydeskdisabled' at the end
Save the changes
