If your Orchestrate app, SFDC app, or Analytics app appears missing or removed in Evo, the steps below can restore access.
Common issues
After logging in to Evo, clicking Access Button shows the Orchestrate app or SFDC app as removed or completely disappeared.
The Orchestrate app shows but only displays Orchestrate_Play. The Orchestrate_Live option is missing.
What to do next
Follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Change the organisation role to administrator and the members' role of the offending user(s).
Save the changes, log out and back into Evo.
Set the role back to User.
đ¤ Tip: When creating an Evo user account, ensure the first name and last name contain no accents. Remove any accents â otherwise, provisioning to the Orchestrate user account will fail and the Orchestrate app will not open.
