Users require Orchestrate and SFDC apps when logging into their Evo accounts.
Please complete the following steps:
User with admin privileges logs into their Evo account (they have a blue shield against their name when listed in imported members)
Select the members tab
Click Invite button or select the adjacent clog symbol and select import members to add others to Orchestrate.
