Error: 'You are not authorised to view SFDC Enquiry'

Cannot launch SFDC due to the following error:

Solution

Please create a user account for SFDC staff via the following steps:-

  1. Log into Orchestrate System Manager

  2. Select File

  3. Select Shop floor data capture staff from the resulting option.

  4. Click Edit then click New Row

  5. Enter a staff number, full name, email address and select a role.

  6. Click Apply

If you are on version 7.67 or greater the option to create new users has been moved to Orchestrate, to create a new SFDC user please complete the following steps:

  1. Select Tools

  2. Select SFDC Users

  3. Select SFDC Staff

  4. Click Edit then click New Row

  5. Enter a staff number, full name, email address and select a role.

  6. Click Apply

If this has already been actioned, delete the SFDC account and deactivate the associated Access Evo account from the Members menu. Recreate the SFDC user account within Orchestrate and reactivate the Access Evo account. This will reprovision the account.
