New user added to SFDC but they can't start to stop jobs.
SFDC version 2.0.0 offers more drilled down options for SFDC roles and permissions. The new user is currently designated the SFDC viewer role, when they needs adding to the operator role:
An admin user has to launch SFDC within Access Evo
Select settings
Select permissions
Search for the relevant user and change the designated role from Viewer to Operator
