Cannot launch SFDC due to the following error: SFDC - something went wrong!
Error getting database information - no databases found.
Your SFDC user account needs creating from Orchestrate System Manager. Please complete the following steps:-
Log into Orchestrate System Manager then click File.
Click Shop floor data capture staff from the resulting option.
Click Edit then click New Row
Enter a staff number, full name, email address and select a role.
Click Apply.
If the issue continues to occur, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
