Cannot launch Orchestrate SFDC from Workspace due to the following error message:-
SFDC - something went wrong! An unknown error has occurred. Please check the console for logged errors
Press F12 from the web browser to see the console error. An example is below:-
Access to XMLHttpRequest from origin 'https://go.accessacloud.com' has been blocked by CORS policy Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No Access-Control-Allow-Origin header is present on the requested resource.
This means there was an outage for all Access Connect users that have on-premise site data in Workspace. Our development team liaised with Microsoft engineers to fix the Microsoft Azure relays that were not responding.
