Users were able to enter notes/comments in SFDC classic. These would flow from SFDC to Orchestrate, but when we try to send a reply from Orchestrate Task Notes back to SFDC, they do not transfer.

The functionality has been enhanced in SFDC version 1.9.0. If you are on our Citrix Cloud server environment, SFDC will be automatically upgraded for you. If you are on premise, SFDC Access Evo will have to be upgraded <a href="https://accessgroup.my.site.com/Support/s/article/Orchestrate-Error-Wdb-version-does-not-match-the-SFDC-version" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">manually. </a>

Also, a new Chat module has been added to Edit Tasks and Toolbar. This will be part of Orchestrate version 7.83. 

Task notes do not publish to SFDC comments
