Create new planner tasks within SFDC but they don't appear on the list

For help with planner tasks not appearing on the list when using SFDC and creating new tasks via the planner task option.

Overview

When using SFDC and creating new tasks via the Planner task option, the job shows almost straight away on the Orchestrate plan, but it is not viewable on SFDC.
The planner tasks appear within SFDC the following day. If completing or changing the status of an existing task, the amendment shows straight away.

What causes this to happen, and how do I prevent this from happening?

The Orchestrate plan has to be saved, and then planner tasks appear in SFDC Classic. This is working as designed.

If you are not happy with this functionality, please upgrade to Orchestrate SFDC Evo, which has more features, e.g. can handle more data than SFDC classic with Microsoft Dynamics, more report options and can order SFDC operations by works order number.
