The Calendar View only displays tasks based on their primary resource. This means only tasks whose primary resource is part of the selected view will appear
SFDC, on the other hand, displays tasks regardless of whether they are scheduled on a primary or secondary resource in that view. The SFDC publish process determines which tasks belong to a view.
The functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.83.
