Archive completed tasks and there are many older tasks that are In Progress, Ready To Start, and Stopped status, that do not show up in the SFDC (because they are completed).
SFDC not Updating Task Status when reversing Archive/Completion in Orchestrate.
Task has been stopped on the plan but in SFDC, it is still showing as started.
The functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.80. Please upgrade to version or above.
Please confirm the publishing SFDC part of saving the plan completes. When you save the plan, the status on the bottom left of Orchestrate window will display:
Saving plan.....
Publishing to SFDC......
Publishing to SFDC finished
When publishing to SFDC finished displays then SFDC and Orchestrate should be in sync. If publishing to SFDC completes and you are still having the same issue, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
