Task operations in the SFDC view are not showing on the same view, on the plan.
The same operation is displaying on numerous different views.
Some works orders are not showing on the order planner but are displaying SFDC.
Loads of operations are missing from SFDC, when there are lots of new works orders on the plan.
What causes this, and how to fix this?
The SFDC publishing has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.79. Please upgrade to this version or above.
If you cancel the works order from the plan (after saving the plan and publishing to SFDC), the operations for this works order will show in SFDC as Not Ready. To cancel these operations, delete the relevant works order from the plan and save the plan. The resulting Publish to SFDC will clear the operations for this works order from the SFDC.
