Started an SFDC operation but it Completed Instead. The Actuals table shows only one line for the completion. The resource started the works order in SFDC and instead of updating it's status to started, the order went to completed. I can see the only entry for this order in the Actuals table is a single line with a StatusID of 99 which represents the completed status.
SFDC Operations where Setup Completed are reverting back to setup required. Jobs where setup has been completed and are ready to start, they are reverting back to setup required on their own. Previously had an issue where this would happen when the planner saved the plan in Orchestrate after the setup work was completed, it would reapply setup work to it.
The functionality has been enhanced in SFDC version 1.7.0 and Orchestrate version 7.78. Please upgrade to these versions or above.
