Cannot reset the password, from the user account.
Please complete the following steps:-
Log into Orchestrate System Manager
Select File
User Management
Select the relevant user and click Reset Password
Log into Orchestrate entering reset password 'orchestrate'
You will be prompted to enter a new password
In Orchestrate version 7.66 or above, this option has moved menus and been enhanced in the following way:
Log into Orchestrate
Select Tools
Select Orchestrate Users
Click User Management
Select the relevant user and click Reset Password
Log into Orchestrate entering reset password 'orchestrate'
You will be prompted to enter a new password
