I log into the reset my password webpage but cannot change the password.
Please complete the below steps:
Please load the Change My Password webpage.
Click Reset Password
Enter username and caption
click Continue
select your email address and enter caption
Click continue
You will receive a email notification with a web link to reset the password
Passwords must be at least 10 characters long, cannot be the same as a previous password and must contain characters from three of the following categories:
Uppercase characters (A-Z)
Lowercase characters (a-z)
Digits (0-9)
Non-alphanumeric characters (for example, !$#,%)
For your security we do not allow the use of commonly used passwords and patterns of words.
