Some tasks keep going back to original place after dragging them forward.
Please check the edit task dependencies of the offending task, where you will find most predecessors have different values for min/max offset, aside from one op step, where the target min offset and max offset are both set to 0.
Change the max offset value, so that it is a different value from the min offset and the harvest task now moves forward and breaks the task dependencies.
