How to check when too many user sessions are active.
Please log into the server and launch the LMX config tool and complete the following steps:
select start
type lmxconfigtool and hit enter
select query license server
enter localhost in the host field (Port 6200 is filled in by default)
click perform
the output will show when the licence expires and how many users can be allocated on the licence
Note: the output also provides the IP address Orchestrate is logged in from. If you have multiple sessions running from one IP address, you can end some sessions to free up user allocations, buy remoting into the offending PC and use task manager.
