How to install the LMX license server after the licence server software needs moving from the Dev environment to the Production environment.
The LMX licence server software is missing from the SQL server.
Please ask support for the Orc_LicenceServer_4.7.5.zip and then complete the following steps to install the LMX licence server software for Orchestrate:
The LM-X end-user tools 4.7.5. setup wizard then launches when you double-click the .msi file
Tick I accept the terms in the licence agreement
Click Next
Destination folder is: C:\Program Files (x86)\X-Formation\LM-X End-user Tools 4.7.5\
Click Next
Select install LM-X licence server and click Browse
Navigate to liblmxvendor.dll which is in the Orc_LicenceServer_4.7.5.zip and copy and paste this file to C:\Program Files (x86)\X-Formation\LM-X End-user Tools 4.7.5\
Tick Start LM-X licence server after installation and click next.
Click Install and then Finish.
Note: you have to create the sub-directories X-Formation and LM-X End-user Tools 4.7.5 manually before beginning the installation.
