I cannot start the LMX server service due to the following error:-
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion
When I try and run lmx-serv.exe, the following error generates:
The Code execution cannot proceed because LIBLMXVENDOR.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program my fix this problem.
The liblmxvendor.dll file is being deleted by your antivirus software and needs adding to the global exclusion list. This file should be in the following sub-directory:-
C:\Program Files (x86)\X-Formation\LM-X End-user Tools 4.7.5
For example, if you use BitDefender the following would need to be actioned:
BitDefender settings would need to be configured to allow missing file.
Restore file from Bitdefender quarantine on server.
Restart LM-X service to log back into Orchestrate
