Cannot launch the application due to the following error message:-
Orchestrate cannot validate your network licence.
The detailed information is as below:
Unable to connect to licence server
Solution 1
Launch Orchestrate and complete the following steps:-
Click Cancel from the logon form
Select Help
Licence Manager
Tick Use Network Licence
Enter a valid server name
Click OK
Solution 2
If the correct server name as been entered in the licence manager, the LMX licence server service has stopped and needs starting from the server, where the LMX software is installed (SQL/App/RDS server). Please complete the following steps:
Type Services from the Windows menu
Hit enter
Select any service from the list and press L
Select LM-X licence server 4.7.5
Click start the service
If the error: Error 1053 - 'The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion' generates. Please follow the linked article.
