Unable to launch Orchestrate from Access Evo due to the following error message:
Cannot launch the application because an invalid launch identifier was passed to the MyDesk launcher. This error should be reported to your system administrator
Please log out of Access Evo, clear your browser's cookies and cache (Shift + F5), and apply any Citrix updates.
On the bottom taskbar on your local machine click the up arrow ( ^ ) and then right-click on the blue and white Citrix icon and check for updates.
If there is an update, close out of the Access Evo, install the update and restart your computer.
3. Then log back into Access Evo.
