Network License:
Remote onto the server and launch windows search bar and enter: lmxconfigtool
Network licenses are most common as they are necessary for a multi-user system.
If using a Network License then access to the SQL server is required, or pass these instructions on to an administrator who has access.
Once this is opened, notice the HostID displayed on the first tab. Either copy and paste the text or click on ’save to file’ and save this as a text document.
Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, so that support can raise an internal ticket with the Despatch Dept.
Local License:
If using a single user system and only use Orchestrate on one machine.
Go to Start.
Select All Programs.
Navigate to and click on the arrow down on Orchestrate
Click on Local License Activation.
On clicking this it will show the HostID, please send this information to us in the same way specified above.
Our Despatch Dept, in turn, will provide the renewal license.
