You may see this error when data grid forms appear shrunk or enlarged in Orchestrate. This is typically caused by DPI scaling or a low screen resolution causing the split container to be smaller than expected.
Work through the solutions below in order until the issue is resolved.
Solution 1: Upgrade Orchestrate
Vertical split container data grids have been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.82. Please upgrade to this version or above.
Solution 2: Check for shrunk rows
If upgrading is not immediately possible, check whether any rows have been shrunk — for example, rows in the Order Planner. Expanding these rows may resolve the display issue.
Solution 3: Check your Windows display settings
If the issue continues to occur, your Windows display settings may not be sufficient to support the Orchestrate graphical user interface resolution. Please review and adjust your display settings to ensure they meet the minimum requirements.
