You may see the following error when attempting to launch Orchestrate:

Orchestrate cannot validate your network licence. The detailed information is as below:  Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index

This issue has been resolved in Orchestrate version 7.77 hotfix 30. Please upgrade to this version or above.
