You may see the following error when importing data from FactoryMaster into Orchestrate:
Orchestrate Data Flow Import has failed. The detailed information is as follows: Merge Task KPIs: Unknown Job Code: [job code number] Import command: EXEC [wf].[per_Merge_TaskKPIs]
Solution 1
Check for any labour or machine resource groups that are empty and require resources to be added to them.
Then, within FactoryMaster, zoom into the operation the job code in the error message refers to and complete the following steps:
Select Production.
Select Works Order Enquiry.
Hit Enter and select the relevant works order.
Press F5 to zoom in and select the relevant operation.
Select the field in the Resource Code column and press F5.
One of the resource codes is set to No within the Include In Schedule column.
đNote: The resource code set to No in the Include In Schedule column is the cause of the error. Update this to resolve the issue.
Solution 2
If Solution 1 does not resolve the issue, try one of the following:
Change the completed works order operation back to 'in progress' status and apply a set & op time.
Change the operation on the components records to an operation that appears in the active operations table.
Issue stock to the components so they are no longer outstanding.
đNote: The Orchestrate views exclude completed operations as they are no longer needed for scheduling. The affected operation may have no set or op time associated with it, meaning it is also excluded from scheduling.
