If you see the error 'A problem occurred while building your Evo' when logging into Access Evo, there are a few possible causes. Work through each solution below in order until the issue is resolved.
Solution 1: Sync your PC clock
If your PC clock is out of sync with the correct time, this can prevent Access Evo from loading. To check, search for the current time in an internet browser and compare it to your computer's clock.
To correct the time on a Windows PC:
Open the Control Panel.
Select Clock and Region.
Select Set the time and date.
Select Change date and time.
Set the time to match the time shown in your browser, then click OK, then click OK again.
đNote: If correcting the PC clock does not resolve the error, the clock on your system server may also be incorrect. Contact your IT team to check and correct the server time.
Solution 2: Check for blocked URLs
A firewall, Smoothwall, or proxy server may be blocking Access Evo from loading. To check whether this is the cause, try logging in using a smartphone or any device that is not connected to your network domain.
If you can log in successfully on that device, ask your IT team to unblock or whitelist the following:
https://identity.accessacloud.com
đ¤Tip: We recommend whitelisting *.accessacloud.com rather than a single URL, in case any URLs change in the future.
Your IT team may also need to review and configure your VPN profile settings.
Solution 3: Check your web browser
If neither of the above solutions resolves the error, the issue may be with your web browser. To rule this out:
Ensure your browser is up to date.
Check that no browser add-ons or admin controls are affecting its performance.
Try launching Access Evo in a different browser. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try Microsoft Edge.
