Receiving error Process not found when I add works orders to the plan.
If you create processes and routing directly into Orchestrate, check each works order is added to a valid process. If not create one via the following steps:
Select planning
processes
click New or Edit (as required)
select process details (tab)
click OK
select orders
works orders
click edit for the relevant works order and enter the process name under the Process column.
If your plan is customised or imports the routing/processes from a ERP system, the integration data mapping or data sequences may need amending, to import specific processes related to specific Works orders, so that they can plan onto Orchestrate with no error.
