Orders which are dated in November 2019 seem to be going into March 2020. I don't know if this is a major issue but would be grateful if someone could look at it for me.
If I allocate on/off to resource it's completely switching off the line.
A machine resource has been imported into Orchestrate but it is not showing on the Default Shift Pattern Assignment.
Check all the relevant resources have shift patterns assigned to them by the following method:
Open the plan and select Resources.
Select Default Shift Pattern Assignment.
Check all relevant resources have shift patterns assigned to them by making sure there is a day ticked when the shift pattern should be enforced.
Then action the following if there are any machine resources that don't display from Default Shift Pattern Assignment:
Open the plan and select Resources
Click Edit
Check the Shift/Editing Method column is set to On/Off
Click OK
For labour resources, the shift/editing method should be set to Adjust Quantity:
Open the plan and select Resources
Select Labour
Click Edit
Check the Shift/Editing Method column is set to Adjust Quantity
Click OK
