Cannot launch Orchestrate or SFDC from Access Evo, due to the following error message:

usmydesk.accessacloud.com didn't send any data


Please ask your IT team to check your network connection. If this is running fine, the Access Connect service, from the server, needs restarting. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
