Why can I not log into Orchestrate? I have an error, "Windows account is not trusted."
Orchestrate is using Windows Authentication to connect to the SQL Server-based database. The user account does not have permissions to connect to the specified SQL Server instance.
Alternatively, if this is an account that has worked previously, then this could be an issue with the Windows Domain password expiring or being due to expire.
Reset the user’s Windows Domain password and restart the client PC.
The user should now be able to log in to Orchestrate.
