Error: 'Windows account is not trusted'

Cannot log in to Orchestrate due to the following error message:

System error: Windows account is not trusted. Databases information cannot be obtained. Please contact your system administrator.



Orchestrate is using Windows Authentication to connect to the SQL Server-based database. The user account may not have permissions to connect to the specified SQL Server instance. Please contact your IT department to add a windows user to the database permissions. A server reboot may be required.

Alternatively, if this is an account that has worked previously then this could be an issue with the Windows Domain password expiring or being due to expire.
Reset the user’s Windows Domain password and restart the client PC.
The user should now be able to log in to Orchestrate.
