Can't launch Orchestrate because the following error generates when trying to log into Access Evo:
A problem occurred while building your Evo
error: refresh and try again
Solution 1
When you log into Access Evo and receive this error then it could mean one of two things:
That the clock on your PC is out of sync with the correct time
The Fire / Smooth wall or proxy server has been updated or is being blocked
The time can be checked by searching the time on an internet browser and comparing it to the computers clock.
To fix this on a Windows PC, please complete the following steps:
Go to the Control Panel.
Select Clock and Region.
Set the time and date.
Change date and time.
Set this to match the browsers time.
Click OK and OK again.
Note: The clock on your system server may be incorrect if the above fix does not work. Please contact your IT team in the first instance.
Solution 2
The best way to check to see if anything is being blocked is to try logging into the system via your smartphone, or any device that is not connected to your network domain If this allows you in, please ask your IT technician to unblock or whitelist the following:
The URL that needs to be unblocked is: https://identity.accessacloud.com
However we recommended to whitelist *.accessacloud.com in case any URLs change in the future.
Your IT team may need to configure the VPN profile settings.
Solution 3
If none of the above works, there may be an issue with your web browser. Please ensure that it is up to date and that there are no add-ons or admin controls that may be affecting its performance. Try changing your web browser. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try launching the product using Microsoft Edge.
