The export button is misisng and right-click and select export from the Reports output window is no longer available.
The MyDesk system parameter needs disabling from Orchestrate. Please complete the following steps:
Right-click Orchestrate shortcut and select properties
At the end of the target path add -mydeskdisabled, like:- "C:\Program Files\Orchestrate\Orchestrate Planner\orcPlanner.exe" -mydeskdisabled
Click OK
If you cannot right-click the shortcut and see properties, your IT will have to create a new shortcut from the server.
Navigate to:- C:\Program Files\Orchestrate\Orchestrate Planner
Right-click orcPlanner.exe and select create shortcut
Then, complete the above steps to disable the MyDesk system parameters.
