Activate auto-refresh to be specified on a user by user basis.
The auto-refresh cannot be specified on a user by user basis. You can set the auto-refresh of the plan by selecting the following steps:-
Select tools.
Select options.
Tick Auto-refresh interval.
This setting applies to anybody who logs into the plan.

From Orchestrate version 7.68 onwards, you can complete the alternative solution of enabling the following system parameter by logging into Orchestrate System Manager:
Select File
System Settings
Planning (tab)
Select On for 'Full Refresh After Plan Save'
Note: users already logged into Orchestrate with the plan open, will have to log out and back in, for the system parameter to take effect.
