The inbuilt 'Planned Task by Resources' report is returning Labour Hours as empty, even when the Processes (Op steps and dependencies) are correctly set up and the Works Orders are correctly planned.
After adding a new works order onto the plan and saving the plan, close the plan and reopen the plan. When you run report 'Planned Task by Resources', you will see the labour hours. To prevent having to close and reopen the plan, everytime you add a new order, please turn on the following system setting from Orchestrate System Plan; it forces the plan to refresh automatically after every save:
Log into Orchestrate System Manager ( red clog symbol)
Select file
System settings
Planning tab
Tick on for 'Full Refresh After Plan Save'
Click OK
Note: whoever is already logged into Orchestrate, when this system settings is turned on, will have to log out of Ochestrate and back in, for the system setting to take effect on the plan.
