Some tasks are scrambled and overloaded some resources when planning works orders

Cannot plan tasks correctly after a data import or saving the plan.

The task shuffling logic maintains a sequence of the tasks to preserve the sequence of tasks. The Plan.ShuffleTasks logic has been refactored in Orchestrate version 7.64

The saving plan functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.66 to prevent the data being out of synch.

Further enhancements have been made in Orchestrate version 7.71 and hotfix 20. Please upgrade to this version or above.
