Unlinked tasks on other resources moving automatically, when the original task is dragged from different resource; Where item setup times rules are not being adherred too.

The Skip Shuffling logic was found to interfere with the Suppress Setup logic, causing the plan to incorrectly generate overloads. A new check will be introduced in the Skip Shuffling logic to ensure that a Full Shuffle is enforced when Suppress Setup is enabled and tasks are utilising the Setup Table. This will prevent the two behaviours from conflicting. The enhancement is in Orchestrate version 7.82. Please upgrade to this version or above.
