Each operator comment appears twice in SFDC.
The first entry is the original operator comment, while the second appears as an "Orchestrate" message containing the same content.
The behavior is observed across multiple tasks.
In Orchestrate, under the new Messages tab introduced after the upgrade, the comment appears only once.
Based on initial observations, the introduction of the Messages tab may be related to the duplicate comment entries seen in SFDC.
Expected Behavior:
Each comment should be displayed only once in the SFDC Comment section.
Actual Behavior:
The same comment is displayed twice, potentially causing confusion for operators and schedulers who use the comment section for shift handovers and communication.
The functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.84. Please upgrade to this version or above.
