Export data into ASC and the scheduled date is incorrect

When exporting operations (tasks) end dates from Orchestrate, they are not being translated correctly to WO start / required date in ASC.


The cause of the issue is because one of the tasks (operations) are unplanned e.g. op step 30. This may be a operation which did exist and was imported and then deleted and imported again. the write back won't export this order. Hence the the order scheduled date won't be fixed. The offended unplanned task doesn't exist in Access Supply Chain (ASC). Please complete the below steps:

  1. Delete the works order and its associated tasks from Orchestrate

  2. Action an data import from ASC into Orchestrate

  3. Plan the works order in Orchestrate and save the plan

  4. Action the another export (write back) to ASC
