After creating a new user the following error generates:
System.Data.ConstraintException: Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints
Please check the email length is under 100 characters for Orchestrate user accounts.
For SFDC user accounts, the email address has a maximum size of 500 characters.
