User receives the following error message when trying to add the purchase order to the plan:-
An unexpected error occurred. Please report this problem to your system administrator with the following information:
System.data.sqlClient.sqlException: violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint
'IX_orc_orders_OrderCode. Cannot insert duplicate key in object dbo.orc_Orders, The duplicate key value is (P123)
The statement has been terminated.
This error stems from a deadlock transaction on the database, prior to adding the order to the plan. Please ask everybody to log out of Orchestrate or contact your IT to reboot the SQL server to rectify this error.
